We are looking for a permanent creative director, with graphic designer and art principles at the core of their skill set. With a focus of brand development of the SEA Yacht Group brand across all disciplines. And brand implementation across different markets.

Office Junior

We are looking for an office junior for our Ibiza office. This is an ideal role if you’re looking to get a start in the marine industry. And, with a company, which not only represents well established yachting brands, but also has a desire to train, reward and retain good people within our own offering. We are seeking an enthusiastic person looking to take their first step in to the marine industry. Spanish/English speaking.

Book Keeper/Business Administrator (Freelance)

We’re looking for a part-time book keeper/business administrator. To join us a couple of days a week at our office in Botafoc and at home when necessary. Working with our local tax advisors, the role requires a very well organised person who has accounting support experience. And must have Spanish tax/business market knowledge. Spanish/English speaking.

Marketing Coordinator (Freelance)

Primarily this role is to create, manage and generate on-line activities which generate sales and premium charter enquiries. Utilising and growing all current social media platforms, while increasing our overall following with quality ‘on target’ prospects and customers. A key focus will be to increase engagement and response, and develop specific MailChimp and LinkedIn activities with taliored benefit and value driven propositions. Another primary focus will be to establish and develop a database/CRM development strategy.

Social Media/Content Manager (Freelance)

Across all social platforms, with a special focus and knowledge required for LinkedIn.

We would also consider a mixed role of the above two positions for the right person. However, this would be with an activity lead focus, in other words very ‘hands-on’.

We are looking for either a Monaco business partner or a talented and experienced senior yacht broker who is looking for a home/company to grow with. To support initiatives and business development in the region with a view to strengthening and developing further our overall international offering. We are keen to find a person or collaboration to focus on both our premium yacht sales and charter offering.
