How We Use Your Information:

Marketing/ Promotional media data: name, address, email address, job title, company you work for and, profile picture and name of the boat.
After-sales customer account details: name, address, email address and telephone number.
After-sales service support data: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, a copy of your passport (including at least your passport number, place of birth, date of issue, expiry details, passport issuing authority), details of your next of kin (name, address and telephone number) and/or pick-up and drop-off locations.
After-sales warranty claim data: name of the yacht owner, yacht identification number, location of the yacht, delivery address of any parts, contact details of the yacht owner and/or yacht crew (which may include an email address and/or telephone number), name of the dealer (if applicable), additional information about the yacht (which we do not consider to be personal data).
Data relating to images/visual captures of you at our premises.
Customer data: first and last name, address, email address, telephone number, country of residence, dealer, agent, initial date of enquiry, date of last communication, current status, level of perspective, whether we have a contract with you, your interests and marketing preferences.
Customer due diligence data: name, address, date of birth, nationality, occupation, country of residence, a copy of your passport (including at least your passport number, place of birth, date of issue, expiry details, passport issuing authority), a copy of your national identity card, a copy of your driving licence and/or a copy of your utility bill.
Yacht owner details: name and address of the owner (if the owner is an individual or a company, and if the owner is a company, the name and signatures of the company directors).
Customer payment details: name, address and bank account information (which will include the relevant bank account information that we request from you depending on where you are paying funds from).
Visitor details: name, signature, document number.
Customer’s third party payment details: name, address, bank account information (which will include the relevant bank account information we request from you depending on where you are paying funds from), yacht beneficial owner information (including name, address, date of birth, nationality, occupation, a copy of your passport (which will include at least your passport number, place of birth, date of issue, expiry details, passport issuing authority).
Dealer and/or media contact details: name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.
Event travel details: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, a copy of your passport (including at least your passport number, place of birth, date of issue, expiry details, passport issuing authority) and/or pick-up and drop-off locations.
General enquiry details: name, e-mail address, telephone number (optional), information you provide in your enquiry.
Claims data: Claimant’s name, signature, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, social security number, medical information (including whether they have been to hospital, information about any rehabilitation, time off work, funding arrangements) and information about the claim (including some information that we do not consider to be personal data, for example, the value of the claim).
Incident data: name, signature, address, telephone number, age, information about the Incident (which may or may not be personal data depending on the Incident and whether such information could identify you, e.g. unusual medical conditions).
Incident witness data: name, email address, telephone number and witness statements.
If we want to use your information for any other purpose, we will ask you for consent and will use your information only on receiving your consent and then, only for the purpose(s) for which grant consent unless we are required to do otherwise by law.
How We Share Your Information:
We will not transfer your personal information to any third party without seeking your consent, except in limited circumstances as described below:
